As a company we provide for all of our clients a full rental and management service. 

Unlike many other rental and management companies we provide this service Free of Charge. 

This free of charge service Includes: 

1. Key Holding
2. Monthly Inspections (when property not occupied)
3. Meeting and Greeting your clients
4. Checking Inventory as and when our clients leave

Our pledge to our clients is only to charge as and when we provide you with the client. 

All of our clients will be provided with a rental contract in both Spanish and English.

A copy of this will be kept on record for our owners. 

Our Charges: 

11 month rental ---1 months rent 

3-6 months rental---1/2 months rent 

short term lets-----20% of the overall rent 

Airport pickups- 30 euros each way (from Almeria airport) 

Welcome packs- 15 euros (includes water, bread, cheese, milk, tea coffee & cereal) 

Emergency call outs-20 euros
